WHERE: JARDIN SECRETO @casitacurandera Miami, Florida 33147 || Address given after registration WHEN: August 30th . 4pm - 8pm RECIPROCITY: $65 Join me on 12 Ajpu—a day dedicated to honoring our ancestral roots and channeling the energy into personal creation. Together, we will gather to connect our hearts and hands, crafting a custom Relicario (a sacred pocket altar) that will serve as a beautiful reminder for your connection to Espiritu. In this hands-on workshop, you will create a fabric relicario to be decorated with embroidery, and sacred imagery that shows a unique expression of your devotion. I will personally guide you through every step of the creative process. To help breathe life into your piece, I am opening up my personal collection to share smaller sacred elements—including crystals, beads, and saint medallions—that are ready to find their new homes. What’s Included: - All instructions and patterns. - Fabrics, embroidery supplies, printed images, and charms - A copy of the inspiring zine “Sew your own Pocket Altar” by fellow author & craftswoman Christi Johnson What to Bring: - One or two tiny, meaningful objects (1” or smaller) that will travel with you and hold your vision for this sacred space permanently. This workshop is part of our series: Domingo de Tertulia, an invitation to slow down and craft in community. Complimentary small bites and tea to nourish us as we create. Space is limited.
