Sacred Vessels are used to protect and hold precious items. Whether used as traveling altars, shield spiritual tools, or carry intentions, the 'medicine bag' is a powerful ally. In this workshop you will create a custom vessel of your choosing. Using an intuitive process to pick, stitch, and decorate the leather 'medicine bag' you envision. This is an opportunity to make beautiful, and devotional pieces. Together we will activate your pouches with a ritual and honor the animals and natural materials we use. You will be supplied with deer leather, various threading choices, and natural finds or trims. Specialty leather tools will be available for use. Not included are the sacred items you want to inside the vessel, you provide your own. Reciprocity $75 - $150 Cost includes all materials, supplies, and instructions. We gather in North Miami at CASITA CURANDERA Address is given after sign up is complete. No previous experience needed.
