Service Description

A collective journey into Dharana, the theta state of the mind, where you will be guided through a vision quest to retrieve lost parts of you. This is an experiential process, all of your five sense will be activated through a personalized guided meditation. I will share with you a bespoke blend of: - Yoga Nidra - Sound Therapy - Reiki - essential oils, medicinal herbs & flowers - spontaneous teachings and energy work We end our session with a grounding tea to bring awareness and focus to the physical & emotional bodies. You will experience personal shifts that will leave you feeling rejuvenated! Dress comfortably, advise any dermatological allergies.
