Ingredients: 100% Cacao Paste, Criollo from Ucayali, Peru
 
How to enjoy: 
Grate cacao with a knife in smaller pieces, take your time to set intentions if drinking a ceremonial cup
Heat liquid to almost boil, turn off
Add cacao and mix well. This is the time to add mantra, prayer, or affirmations to your cup
Continue to blend until fully integrated, can use a hand blender or mixer to fully dissolve the cacao paste.
Add sweetener to taste
