For those of you who want to begin a practice of Sahumerio with Copal this is a great beginning. You have all you need with a simple design sahumerio vessel and my sacred copal blend. This blend is one use by the Curanderas in Mexico, it includes all types of energy clearing herbs like, garlic and rosemary.

Sahumerios are used to not only cleanse energy, they are ignited during difficult conversations to keep all words purified and the mind focused. They are also used in times of supplication when it is believed the smoke carries our words to the Mystery/ Creator.

White Copal Resin is a sweet & purifying scent. The resin is wild harvested and collected in harmony with the moon cycles by the indigenous.Copal is sacred in Mayan, Aztec culture & is considered the food of the gods. The aroma of White Copal is known as ‘call to the ancestors’, it is used today during the ‘Day of the Dead’ celebrations.
Instructions are included and all is packaged in a cotton bag for easy storage. Please be sure to use this smudge in an open and ventilated space. Unlike incense sticks the smoke is potent and can cause eye and nose irritation for some. I suggest to begin with half, a charcoal tablet and work up your sahumerio skills to a full tablet.
